The Ultimate Cuppa Tea For Your Bath
It’s always nice to enjoy a soothing Cuppa Tea. Now imagine emerging yourself into that cup of tea.
By incorporating different teas into your bath, this can provide both therapeutic and aromatic benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, soothing stuffy nasal passages, easing body aches and stimulating blood circulation.
Ultimate Cuppa Tea Recipe
For the Ultimate Cuppa Tea, start with a muslin bag or a clean tea towel and fill it with the following:
1 cup Epsom Salts
1 cup of your favorite organic tea or dried flower (some of our favorites are Jasmine Green Tea, Chamomile, Peppermint, Lavender or Rose)
4-5 pumps of the Saison Autumn Body Oil
7-8 pumps of the Saison Autumn Body Wash
Tie up the bag or towel, and then hang it on the waterspout, so that the water runs over it as you fill the tub. Or you can just submerge it under the running water, until enough bubbles form to cover the top of the bath water. When the tub is full, sit back and relax!
Note: if you live in a drought-prone area (sorry West Coast!), you can do a modified version of this treatment:
In a muslin bag or tea towel, add the following:
. cup of your favorite organic tea or dried flower
2 pumps of the Saison Autumn Body Oil
3-4 pumps of the Saison Autumn Body Wash
Close the bag or towel, and run it under the shower. Begin lathering up and applying the treatment to your whole body, then rise. Although brief, but the steam and the application of the tea and oil will allow you to enjoy the calm, aromatherapy benefits and soft, clean skin.
