Apple Cinnamon Face Mask
Apple and cinnamon is a classic combination that is warm, comforting and delicious. These ingredients are also very effective in treating skin this time of the year. This face mask gently exfoliates and moisturizes dry or sun damaged skin.
Some of the key ingredients in this recipe include apple and yogurt. These items contain malic acid, a natural alpha-hydroxy acid, and lactic acid, which both provide a wide range of benefits like treating fine lines, wrinkles and dark pigmentation. Cinnamon will help bring blood to the surface of the skin – improving overall tone and circulation in the face. The Autumn Botanical Lotion Spray contains nourishing ingredients like chamomile and calendula, which helps calms skin.
In addition to being a highly effective face mask, this treatment smells and feels so very comforting – especially on those brisk or rainy days.
¼ cup apple, pureed

- Rinse off with water and pat face dry.
