GET SILKY SKIN AND DETOXIFY WITH DRY BRUSHING
We were inspired by this gorgeous hand-dyed organic hemp silk cloth, created by our work neighbor Piece X Piece and we wanted to share this tip for getting beautiful silky skin!
Incorporating dry brushing into your daily regimen is a great way to slough away dry, dead skin cells, stimulate the lymphatic system, remove toxins and increase circulation.
Here’s how to do it:
Just before you shower or take a bath, use a body brush and begin brushing. Start at your feet and use light upward strokes – toward your heart. With your arms, brush towards your chest. At your stomach, brush counter clock-wise. At you neck brush downwards toward your heart. Pay extra attention to some rough spots, like your elbows, knees and heels.
Right after you shower, while your skin is still slightly damp, apply the Autumn Body Oil all over. Wait a few seconds for your skin to absorb all the great Organic Oils including Organic Camellia Seed Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Safflower Oil and Vitamin E Oil.
This routine takes just a few minutes a day, and your skin will be as silky soft as this cloth!
